Recurrence Relations: Solving Recurrence Relations using Method of Differences - Part 1

In this video, we present a technique known as 'The Method of Difference' to find the closed-form solution to Recurrence Relations. In particular, the recurrence relations considered are all of degree 1, considering both homogeneous and heterogeneous recurrences.
