His many years of scientific research and expertise is documented by 25 publications in prestigious scientific journals. Dr. Mueller serves as corporate representative in the IFCC Task Force on Global Reference Interval Database and as expert/consultant for the EFLM working group: Test Evaluation. One of Dr Mueller’s most recent research topics is the use of indirect methods for establishment of reference limits which resulted in a publication in Journal of Laboratory Medicine. Robert obtained his PhD in from the Department of internal medicine II (Hematology/Oncology) and Department of Biology, University Tübingen.
