Refill & Reuse Old Sewing Thread Spools Using a Sewing Machine

I read it online where someone used Velcro to attach an old empty thread spool to a bobbin to refill the spool. I tried that but it didn't work for me. I went around the house looking for something a bit more user friendly. I found a cap of a small pen. It fitted on the winding pin perfectly. I refilled various sizes of spools, brought them back to life! If you have some old thread spools sitting around, try this. You will never have to throw them out again.
