The CETL hosted its first Reflective Practice Week in April 2022, which comprised a series of webinars, faculty presentations, and virtual workshops relating to reflective practice. This webinar was the first session of the week's proceedings.
Reflective practice and action research are tantamount in Higher Education. It is one of the easiest ways to develop your teaching practice while meeting the need for scholarly publications. This session is intended to encourage participants to think as teacher-researchers. The session focuses attention on the role of reflection in scholarly approaches to teaching, and the ways in which a scholarly approach to teaching can be used to build a research portfolio.
