This week, I’m holding onto a memory made just a few days ago—Thanksgiving morning with my family. We watched the parade together, and I realized I want to make that our new tradition. It’s simple, joyful, and a way to anchor gratitude in the season.
In the art portion, I stamp and paint on tissue paper to create collage material for my rolodex card. I practice making marks with my non-dominant hand, then choose a focal point and sentiment to tie it all together. It’s playful, imperfect, and full of meaning—just like the best traditions.
Thanks for sharing this space with me.
