Relaxing Hypnosis Induction

Here is a demonstration of a hypnotic induction that I gave to my group yesterday evening online. In this group I had other hypnotherapists from all round the world. Naturally all these people are expert at going into trance. If you are discovering hypnosis for the first time be assured you can get better with practice. I’ve fused a little of hand to head fixation with some heart focussed heart coherence. I’m fusing something I learnt from Anthony Jacquin at JHA and from an induction Lori Hammond most frequently utilises. She will often start her sessions by asking you to put your hands to your heart, which is beautifully anchoring. The idea I have fused is to consciously imagine the thing you want to resolve or shift or experience in the centre of your hand. I am now adapting my own cosmic induction here. I then asked the group to use an elevated feeling from the heart like love to draw their image or resolved issue or hope for the future towards them like a magnet.
