Remember The Lord

A gentle, prayerful song based on a poem by a dear friend — a meditation on remembering the Lord in every season of sorrow, bewilderment, loneliness, and distress. Each verse walks through the honest emotions of a believer on their knees, who then turns the heart back toward Jesus: His feet, His palms, His back, His side, His comfort, His tenderness, His power to lift burdens and turn night into day. This is a song for anyone who’s praying through tears, seeking calm, or needing to be reminded of the One who holds us so tightly and so tenderly. May it bring remembrance of Him Who gave His life that we may live, and may you find rest, comfort, and renewed trust in the Lord who never leaves us and never stops carrying us.
