You know that feeling when you're scared to make a decision because of a mistake you made in the past? When you did something that you regretted in your life and now you have these noises in your head telling you that you'll end up repeating your mistakes until it drove the people you love away.
So scared of taking that chance, so badly hurt that you don't even know what to do. We're not strong. We admit that we are all vulnerable but it's even harder to reach out for help because we just have... these thoughts running around in our minds. no stop button, it's so hard to mute these voices, and all we can do is just..... Reminiscence to the good old days where things used to be so clear and bright.
