Here is simple way to extend or remotely control a machine, lamp, aircon etc.
I have used a remote swtich from SONOFF you can control this switch with a push button as well as a traditional lightswitch. The real power comes when you download the Ewlink control app. This allows you to create a scene this can effectively slave the little SONOFF switches together.
Once programmed you can control your device whatever that might be from the switch on it a seperate switch prettymuch anywhere and finally from your phone tablet etc.
