Removing Trailing Zeroes is Regular! (Quotient Language Example)

Here we do an example of removing trailing zeroes from all strings in a regular language L, and showing that the resulting language is also regular. The trick is to use the fact that regular languages are closed under quotient, and to "massage" the language to get the strings into the correct format. Then it's just a matter of using known (easier) closure properties.
