We show how we realize the carving of a Renaissance frame.
In this video, we are specifically carving the external edge of a Renaissance Cassetta frame.
The carving is made by hand using an ancient technique. It is a replica of an Emilia Renaissance frame located in the Pinacoteca of Bologna.
The carved ornates are made of Swiss pine, which is in softwood.
