This lectures looks at how to analyse repeated measures designs using the general linear model. We begin by discussing what repeated measures deisgns. Then we discuss sphericity and how to correct for departures from it. We look at examples using both a one-way and two-way factorial design. We use the afex package in R to analyse these and look at the interpretation, simple effects and post hoc tests.
