Valves made in 2024 and on feature a single piece bracket that houses both the cup and flow sensor. Although rare, either sensor could fail and need replaced.
A common sign of a failing flow sensor is an incorrect pour level when in auto mode. You may program the size correctly, but the faulty sensor may result in only a small amount of liquid being dispensed.
