Valves made in 2024 and on feature a single piece bracket that houses both the cup and flow sensor. Although rare, either sensor could fail and need replaced. A common sign of a failing flow sensor is an incorrect pour level when in auto mode. You may program the size correctly, but the faulty sensor may result in only a small amount of liquid being dispensed. 0:20 Diagnosing failing sensors 0:54 Untap keg, depressurize 1:41 Removing case nut 2:50 Tip back dispenser, adjust bottom block down 3:43 Removing bracket/sensor screws 4:49 Remove sensors from circuit board 5:26 How the sensors fit on the bracket 5:58 Reinstalling the bracket 6:49 Tighten screws 7:37 Reconnect sensors to circuit board 8:07 Push valve back up 8:15 Attach case nut 10:11 Testing For further assistance, give us a shout at (888) 618-0486
