This training is provided to give a hands-on experience on how to automate certain business processes. The business process flow is:
1. Student fills in the form (Word file) and uploads it to a SharePoint drive
2. Student request is sent to his/her Programme Leader for approval.
2a. If approved by Programme Leader, the Word file is sent to the Student-Staff Centre (SSC) for approval through email.
2a-1. If approved or rejected by SSC, a response email indicating the outcome is sent to the student as well as the PL.
2b. If rejected by Programme Leader, a response email is sent to the student.
3. Status of the request is updated on the SharePoint site.
