The first batch of Morobe Police Reservists passed out yesterday, after completing three months of training.
Under the memorandum of understanding between the Morobe Provincial Government and the RPNGC, 500 police officers will be trained within the next 5 years.
Governor Ginson Saonu said this is to ensure security is beefed up, and law and order is maintained, as projects and developments take place in the province.
