I am doing Resistence Bands Training and body weight together this is great way to get into shape I do 3 or 4 exercise back to back I do set of 10 count of 20 reps each that's 200 reps all together I have been doing this for long time it helps me out with what I do with work it helps me out in my chores at home training is the best way to keep the body moving.
