I am doing a Resistence Bands Workout I am doing planks and ab wheel with em too I do 200 reps on everything it takes half an hour to do when I don't do videos and then I would do my bag workouts or my wooden dummy kung fu training I am trying to do more body weight stuff too to work on inner strength I always call body weight exercises inner strength training and when you weight lift you are doing outer body strength training two different worlds
even though resistence bands are weights but more easier but it helps you still can get an effective workout with these.
