In this training, we focus on a simple but foundational principle: respect is behavioral. It’s not something we claim — it’s something people feel.
Respect shows up in how we speak, how we listen, how we protect floors and furniture, how we clean up, and how we explain what’s happening. It shows up in whether a homeowner feels calm, informed, and safe while we’re there.
At Fry, we’re training our team to remember that technical skill matters — but how we treat the home and the people inside it matters just as much.
