reTHAWed custom skater rigging tutorial

Since people have been asking about it, I might as well churn out a quick-and-dirty tutorial for rigging addon skaters to reTHAWed. This assumes that you already have at least some knowledge of Blender, especially rigging and model manipulation; otherwise you may have to consult some tutorials here on YouTube.
