This is a short clip of Guro Federico and Guro Cutler demonstrating classic retirada. Retirada means to retreat. We start off intentionally slow and gradual build up our speed. Unfortunately the video camera cut out when we started going really fast and crazy with the feeding, but hopefully this gives a good idea of a small part of what we teach.
