Another frozen map (Fractured Wastes) another glitched ending. And I'm certain that it is just a bug now - I even joined the DISCORD (not affiliated) and well, that was the answer I got. So... yay?
Good news is - It def doesn't happen during the main campaign - bad news - I found the #1 players dead body on a rock ... ... ... meh
