Once upon a time we published a paper with a scatterplot of an ordination using base R. In today's episode of Code Club, I'll revisit that scatter plot, offer a critique, and try to make the scatter plot look better using the ggplot2 R package from the tidyverse. Pat will use RStudio and functions from the ggplot2 package and other packages from the tidyverse.
