Revit Detail Component How To: Reference Planes

When creating a detail component family in Revit, the basis for the family (and pretty much any family) is to set the reference planes first. In this video I show my wood framed construction detail component, and how I set up the components in the family to "lock" to the reference planes. This allows the family to flex when used in a project.
