The RG200 Sprint is specifically designed for the production of rubber, silicon, & polyurethane rolls of up to 200mm in diameter and 1.250m long for the print roll industry. The RG200 is an advanced grinding machine supplied complete with a full range of industry standard roll profiles. The RG200 comes with a high speed grinding spindle suitable for use with tungsten carbide grinding wheels of 350mm (13.78 inch) in diameter. The fixed control pendant, tailstock traverse and quill movement, make the loading and unloading of components quick and easy. The RG200 features a fully enclosed and interlocked guarding system and is available with optional automatic balancing system and barcode readers.
