Often the best way to start improvising is to understand that rhythmic diversity can be a great way in without having to learn a bunch of licks. Here we look at a syncopated rhythm with the mnemonic (Don't Chicago Rock) to help remember it. We're building off of the simple melody we learned for Little Cabin Home on the Hill in the previous video and also showing how to practice it with internal repertoire like Mary Had a Little Lamb, Twinkle, Twinkle, Coming Round the Mountain, You Are My Sunshine, etc.
