Part of my master class I did in Rimon school of Jazz earlier this year.
This part relate to rhythmic modulation that take part in swing situation (I wrote metric in the headline by mistake).
The idea is to take the basic swing feel (quarter notes) & relate to it as quarter note triplets.
you redo the process in eight note & eight note triplets, then finish it in sixteen note duration. all of the process is beeing done with quarter note pulse of the metronome.

This idea can be implicated on all of the instruments. soloing, phrasing etc..
