This is how I like to make my two ribbon graduation leis! I am using single faced ribbon 3/8" from https://www.papermart.com/fabric-satin-ribbon/id=9970?SearchItemNumber=490350
I love this website because the ribbon is a great price: $3.44 for each roll.
It comes with 100 yards, so you can make about 20 leis!
