Synopsis :
Against a Crooked Sky is a classic American Western adventure blending frontier survival, family rescue, pioneer drama, kidnapping pursuit, coming-of-age courage, wilderness danger, and emotional sacrifice. Directed by Earl Bellamy and starring Richard Boone, Stewart Petersen, Henry Wilcoxon, and Jewel Blanch, the 1975 film follows Sam Sutter, a young pioneer boy who sets out across the dangerous frontier after his sister Charlotte Sutter is taken by a mysterious tribe.
As Sam searches through the harsh wilderness, he joins forces with Russian, a broken-down but experienced old prospector who helps him track the unknown tribe.
