Open the Ricoh support site Rico-usa.com 2. Select the support and downloads 3. Scroll down 4. Select printers and copiers 5. Select multifunction printers 6. Select the model 7. Select drivers 8. Select go 9. Scroll & Select the Downloaded Driver 10. Select OS X Version 11. Select the download 12. Open finder 13. Click execute to unzip the dmg 14. Run the Installer 15. Select continue 16. Select continue again 17. Agree to the end-user license agreement 18. Select install 19. Enter Admin Mac username and password credentials 20. Wait for the print queue driver to completely install 21. Close Windows 22. Select system preferences 23. Select printers and scanners 24. Select the plus symbol 25. Select the IP setting 26. Enter the IP address 27. Enter the queue Printer name 28. Select the software 29. Sort by the model 30. Click Model 31. Click OK 32. Click Add 33. The print queue is now added 34. Select open print queue 35. Select Printer 36. Print test page 37. Close Windows
