Hi its been a while since we posted, bit older, no wiser . . . . . bit heavier. This is a short video (filmed in the wrong frame size !) where the customer had a RING INTERCOM fitted about a year ago, what he was finding was visitors had gone by the time the Ring Intercom had connected to the wifi, made the call, opened the app etc. We fitted a Videx 4000 GSM, which also had the ability to hold the gates open too. The Ring device has its uses, but this was not one of them.
