This is our full Rio Verde project.
We took out two windows to add our Western Window System door. This required setting a beam and some new framing. We got the house set up with a Lutron smart lighting system, the outside patio is hooked up to Bromic heaters, and we finished by adding TV outlets to the fireplace so we could set up our clients new framed TV.
