I hope, the video shows a bit the progress I made... However, I grew a bit bigger and became more defined, my shape improved a bit. Not spectacular, am still not amongst the big guys here but please keep in mind that I turned 58 in August and my diabetes makes it not easy for me to grow bigger since carbs are my natural enemy... Anyway, please enjoy and tell me how you find my trimmed and shaved body...
