Risk management: Best practice & future developments

Recorded in Munich on 6 June 2006, this talk has become known as "the Risk Doctor 666 Video". In it Dr David Hillson, the Risk Doctor, summarises the current state of best-practice risk management, then outlines his views on how risk management will develop in the short-to-medium future. He predicts that we will see greater integration of risk management with the wider business; improved depth and breadth of analysis; and inclusion of behavioural aspects in the risk process.
