The River Forest Group Campground is located off Hwy 42 just off Hwy 44 in the southern most section of the Ocala National Forest.
It’s on the right side of the road and just before the St. Francis trail!
It allows for up to 25 vehicles and up to 125 people. The total cost per night is $200.
There is no power hook up, no water and no dump station. There is a double sink behind the bathrooms for washing dishes.
Check in is at 3 pm while check out is at 11 am.
