Twitching Jigs is an effective technique for most trout and salmon species. The pinks are no exception. We were able to find a large pod of Humpy, some in chrome bright shape- and catch dozens of them by fishing light with spinning gear. To show you how fast the action was, I only clipped a few sequences after the intro video.
Although we did use 1/4 ounce, 1/8th was even better for that particular spot. the fish were staging in the shallows so getting the lures to hang was a challenge with conventional gear. We had fun.
