A quick video showing step by step instructions for setting up a KPP Flexo head - Clamp the head down - Set the head in the middle of the platen - Bring the green stereo roller down to the plate (no extra pressure) - Bring the Doctor Blade down to the plate (no extra pressure) - Release the head clamps - Add 20 divisions of pressure to the green stereo roller micrometres - Add 40 divisions of pressure to the Doctor Blade micrometres - Clamp the impression roller down - Bring the impression roller down to the stereo roller (no extra pressure) - Release the impression roller - Add 20 divisions of pressure to the impression roller micrometres
