An example of how to do a repeated measures analysis of variance. This demonstration uses the macOS version of SPSS, but the procedure is the same on SPSS for Windows.
Use a repeated measures ANOVA when you have a within-subjects independent variable (one in which the same participants are in each level/condition/group). This is similar to a dependent samples t-test, which is limited to two levels/conditions/groups.
