Robit® DTH Prime products allow you to drill both threaded and welded casing tubes with the same ring bit. Fitting and welding are made easy with a pile coupling structure, while the ring bit carry capacity is guaranteed to exceed the burden of maximum casing grades (S550). Large gauge buttons enhance ring bit durability with the long-life mentality carried over to pilot design. Flushing grooves are optimized for the toughest of conditions and use “Flow Control” technology, where the ring bit runs ahead of the pilot bit to minimize air escaping to surrounding ground. Reliable spiral locking mechanism is also used in the DTH Prime system. Robit® DTH Prime products are available for piling applications ranging from 114,3 to 323,9 mm.
