Rock Panel Facade Script in Grasshopper

Hello there everyone, in this video, we are taking a look at how the rock panel facade is working, and how we can adjust it in order to fit the needs for the building project. Even though the original facade is a little bit more complicated, this approach gives a basics understanding for the facade and how it works. They are adjustable in size, direction, color, randomness, divisions X and Y, as well as the amounts of colors, distribution of colors via a graph. This script goes really well if you want to design facades with those kinds of panels. Examples for this kind of building types are the student dorm "Kotville" as well as the Betty-Greif-Schule in Pfarrkirchen (Bavaria). So basically a material used for rather young people.
