Rogers Cable - Technical Difficulties Screen

Ever wonder what happens when a channel is broken on Rogers? Once they know about the problem, they pull up this technicial difficulties slide. It is on a loop, hence the audio pauses throughout the video. The music they chose for this is very cool, in my honest opinion. We don't get to see this screen often, but when we do, its a treat! And its now here on YouTube for your viewing pleasure. This is letterboxed because the loop was recorded in 4:3. The loop was also mastered in 480i - This must be for people who still have legacy SD equipment (which in Newfoundland, from what I hear is still very prevalant; Ignite wrecked the bundles.
