In this video from The Strength Institute we go over Romanian Deadlifts! This deadlift variation puts more emphasis on your hamstrings and erector spinae muscle groups. To increase the difficulty of this exercise you can manipulate the weight on the bar but you can also increase your range of motion by widening your grip width. Like the nordic curls, this exercise focuses on the eccentric portion of the movement (lengthening of the hamstrings).
