The Christian life requires moving from belief to behavior through genuine transformation. Paul teaches in Romans 12:1-2 that we must present our bodies as living sacrifices and renew our minds to avoid being conformed to worldly patterns. True transformation happens through spiritual disciplines like prayer, Bible reading, fasting, and solitude that position us for the Holy Spirit's work. Rather than trying to change ourselves, we create space for God to transform us from the inside out. This process involves deliberately choosing what shapes our thinking and testing God's will to discover it is good, acceptable, and perfect.
