Ronf1 - Whereabouts

Another fresh synth oriented music project of mine I reveal into public, incorporating elements of Synthpop, Synthwave and Electronic Rock genres, though this thingie gets closer to Dark Synth and Dark Wave sound-wise and melody-wise the nearer it is to the track's conclusion. Musical mood I tried to capture here is some sort of a mashup of mysterious / serene mood leaning into a driving one that is reminiscent of large chunk of tracks from Retrowave direction, changing back and forth from relatively calm and ethereal-ish bridges into rhythmic and chiptune'y types of melodies. In theory, this track could've potentially served well as an OST for a game with overdrive-like atmosphere, as do likes of Hotline Miami or SMB series, or if there is any sphere or an edit where retro-futuristic musical feel is needed - it would fit right in; as if a level, scene is or gets more tense with time, so its soundtrack does as well. Synthesizers used here are mostly of Arturia manufacturer, that are vintage replicas as always, drums are vintage drum-machines mixed up into one kit and effects are of SoundToys and Valhalla brands. (Delay, Saturator, Chorus and Reverb purposes); EQ, Compressor and such are FabFilter 3 and Ozone 12.
