This video is a final project for Introduction to Tourism and Hospitality Industry course, present by Hotel Management 2018 of Binus University Jakarta.
Basically, Room Service is a service provided by the hotel for order food & beverages and delivered to guest rooms using trolley or tray. In addition, Room Service is one of the most important departments in hotel, that's why hotel should perform their best, either in the facilities or in services they can offers.
