Filling a large property with trees can be expensive. Many nurseries will sell trees for 20, 30 or 40 dollars for smaller trees and a lot more for bigger trees.
With a root stock stool bed and some scion wood you can produce hundreds of tree for just the cost of your initial investment and your time.
First step is to plant your root stock and let it grow out for a year. The following year cut it back to the ground. As it suckers out cover it in compost. The suckers will put down roots into the compost. Cut those suckers loose and you have free root socks to graft to.
