They rush straight toward the flashy stuff: Dragon Rolls, Sneaks, tricks, etc… …but never develop the coordination, balance, timing, and footwork that actually creates smooth, fluid movement. In today’s class, we’re fixing that. You’ll learn how to build fluidity from the ground up using simple foundational Rope Flow figure 8's and propellers to learn: • Weight shifting & spinal rotation • Contralateral stepping • Basic forward/backward footwork • 90° transitions between overhand, underhand & transverse planes The goal isn’t to memorize specific choreography or stack fancy moves. The goal is to teach your body how to move WITH the rope instead of just swinging it around while your feet stay glued to the floor like you’re waiting in line at the DMV. If you’re a beginner, this will help you build smoother, more connected movement from the start. And if you’ve already been flowing for a while but still feel stiff, stationary, or awkward with transitions, this lesson may help you unlock a major missing piece of the puzzle.
