Ingredients:
10.5 oz Velveeta Queso Blanco Cheese
10.5 oz Velveeta Original Cheese
8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/2 diced sweet onion
1 lb lean ground beef
10 oz Campbell Cheddar Cheese Soup
Chopped Scallions
1 OldElPaso Taco Seasoning Mix Original Flavor
2 tsp of Cumin
2 - 10 oz cans of Rotel Mild
2 scrambled eggs
Egg roll wrappers
Method:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Dice cheeses and place in casserole dish.
Cool ground beef with onion and drain. Add taco seasoning mix and water and bring to boil. Add it to casserole dish.
Add Rotel to casserole dish.
Add cheddar cheese and scallions.
Bake for 20 mins and preheat fryer to 350 degrees F.
After 20 mins, stir to combine all ingredients.
Brush egg along edges of egg roll wrapper and place small amount of dip in center. Be sure egg roll liner looks like a diamond to you and fold bottom corner up over mixture, left corner over to the middle, right corner over to the middle and fold up to seal. Place into fryer with folded edge down. Fry for 3-4 mins. Take out and drain on paper towel. Top with more dip and enjoy!
