Rotkäppchen
(PLEASE READ) This is a project for my German class that I just decided to put up now as well. It's Little Red Riding Hood or Rotkäppchen. We were reading these stories in my German. They were the original versions of the stories by the Grimm Brothers. Her is a bit of an explanation of the story for those of you who may not speak German because if you haven't heard the original version of the story, it has some differences to the one you may know. Here are the differences: - When the hunter comes and rescues Rotkäppchen and her grandmother, Rotkäppchen then fills the wolf's stomach with rocks, because the hunter cut open the wolf's stomach to get them out, and then the wolf wakes up and tries to run away. Then the wolf dies from all the rocks in his stomach. - There is a second wolf. The second wolf follows Rotkäppchen to her grandmother's house and jumps up and hides on the roof. Rotkäppchen and her grandmother talk about how to get rid of the wolf and her grandmother says she cooked wurts the other day and had some leftover water. They used the smell of the wursts to make the wolf lean over the edge of the roof. The wolf then fell off the roof and drowned in the bowl of the water. So if you speak German or know how to speak it and there is something I did wrong, like if I said something wrong or anything like that, feel free to correct me. But please be nice and polite about it. I've had some comments that I didn't think were way too friendly on some of my other German project videos. I've taken German for four years and I 'm still learning. So please don't be rude or anything. Just let me know how I can improve on something or be polite when correcting me. I played the part of the mother and the first wolf. One of my friends, who's username on here is badboyluvr, played Rotkäppchen and another one, who's username on here is renchi18, played as the grandmother and the second wolf. My older brother, his username is genofdoom, played the part of the hunter. None of them speak German, so I did most of the speaking for them unless it was something very simple.
