Rough Grading Another New Construction Yard

Rough grading another new construction yard. Back where I buried the pipe in the ditch to finish the rear downspouts and start rough grading the yard. I used the pile of dirt in the backyard to bring the grade up and spread dirt along the golf cart path. Also had to dig a footing for a small retaining wall. Now they can start putting the sprinkler system in the back yard. Have to wait for the concrete crew to show up so I can get the height of the front yard.
