RPG Maker MV Action Sequence DBZ Energy Beam Skill Tutorial #2

You must have some knowledge of RPG Maker MV, skill notes and have all the right Plug-ins needed so Look up (Yanfly Engine Plugins) If you don't this might be a bit much for you so be sure to look up some videos or forums on that first then come back here.
